HEPA (High Efficiency Submicron Particulate Air Filters)

Alti Filter HEPA/EPA filters monitor the air flow in clean rooms and protect sensitive products and manufacturing processes from contamination. The HEPA/EPA filter elements consist of pleated micro-glass-fiber fleece, the pleats of which are kept at the proper distance from each other by HotMelt technology or by aluminum separators. HEPA/EPA filters are used in the following areas: microelectronics, semiconductor production, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, microbiology, medicine, the food and beverage industries, and in applications as backup filters downstream of dust extractors.

    The HEPA Filters are made of paper of micro-folded glass fiber at different heights with a special system of spacers of the folds. The frame can be realized in many variants such as: wood, extruded aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

    The MULTISACK bag filter is composed of several filter bags. The individual bags, made of synthetic fleece, have been shaped so as to provide wedge-shaped filter bags. The spacers in the individual filter bags ensure complete utilization of the full bag depth and, in turn, of the entire filter surface. The ready-to-install filter bags are secured to sturdy U-shaped profile frames (25 mm) by clamp fittings.

    HEPA Filters FV series are made of paper of micro-folded glass fiber with special spacers of folds in synthetic thread. The filtration packs obtained are inserted into a chassis that serves to increase the surface fitlrante and lower pressure drop. The frame can be realized in many variants such as: wood, extruded aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

     During production, the filter medium made of micro-fibreglass fleece is pleated to form a stable package of folds. The number and the height of the folds are optimally designed to match operating conditions. The filter is arranged inside a synthetic frame made of ABS, so as to assure a stable form of the filter plates, and are glued to assure airtightness.
    Reinforced version with supporting networks on the air outlet side to ensure the seal becoming in effect a HEPA filter with high capacity.
