Alti Filter air-filter elements with pleated micro-glass-fiber are designed so that the number and the height of the pleats are optimally matched to operational conditions. The correct distance between the pleats is maintained by separators or by the HotMelt pleat technology. The pleats are integrated into various frame materials as folded packages in compact, intrinsically stiff form. The filter elements are used in general ventilation and climate-control systems, and for special applications such as the following: high-temperature filters in surface-finishing processes, oil- and emulsion-mist separation, and high-quality pre-filters in clean-room areas.

    During production, the filter medium made of micro-fibreglass fleece is pleated to form a stable package of folds. The number and the height of the folds are optimally designed to match operating conditions. The individual filter plates are arranged in a V-shape (in 4 compartments) inside a synthetic frame made of ABS, so as to assure a stable form of the filter plates, and are glued to assure airtightness.

    The MULTISACK bag filter is composed of several filter bags. The individual bags, made of synthetic fleece, have been shaped so as to provide wedge-shaped filter bags. The spacers in the individual filter bags ensure complete utilization of the full bag depth and, in turn, of the entire filter surface. The ready-to-install filter bags are secured to sturdy U-shaped profile frames (25 mm) by clamp fittings.

      The filter medium consists of deeply folded, paper-like micro-fibre fleece. The position of the folds is stabilized either by wave-shaped aluminium separators, or by filter-material strips to separate the folds. The filter package is inserted dry in a filter frame made of sendzimir-galvanized sheet steel, with grip protection on both sides. All materials satisfy stipulations pertaining to the absence of silicone, and are temperature resistant up to 250°C.

        The filter medium used is special, paper-like fleece made of superfine micro-glass fibres, which are processed to form a stable package of folds. As standard version, the filter element is provided with a peripheral seal on the intake (dusty)-air side. The filter frame is made of high-degree plastic.

        For stabilization, these filters use wave-shaped aluminium separators instead of synthetic threads. The packages of folds are cast in a wooden or metal frame with polyurethane, so as to be airtight. The frames of filtration inserts are made of galvanized sheet with clamping flange on the inlet side (EF version) or on boths sides (DF version). There is a filtration block fixed to the frames, consisiting of two-layer hydro phobized filtration materials made of glass and synthetic fibers and of aluminum separators.

    The steel frame is corrosion-resistant as a result of an RAL 9011 surface finish. In the system frame, the filter inserts are inserted with a magnetic-strip seal, in V shape. The pleated filter packs are glued airtight in a moisture-resistant carton frame.
