The VAC is a vacuum conveyor device for feeding preliminary containers with powder mixtures and granulates. After filling the storage container with a capacity of up to 160 litres, the weight-loaded discharge flap opens and allows the batch to flow into the unit underneath. Then the flap closes automatically. Proximity switches report the status of the flap respectively the filling level of the storage container. 

All components in contact with the product are made serially of stainless steel and the filter is designed for a low pressure of - 0.5 bar g.

Standard Design :

• Basic unit consisting of closed filter head with filter elements and pneumatic cleaning unit
• Filter shells with intermediate storage container
• Filter housing and all components in contact with the product/dust are made of stainless steel
• Housing strength up to +/- 0.5 bar for pneumatic suction operation
• Space-saving compact design, e.g. compressed air reservoir is integrated within the clean gas chamber
• Optional filter cartridges or filter bags
