The POWTRON with pneumatical cleaning is a loading system for dust-free loading of flowable, powdery or granular bulk materials.

Within the loading bellow the product flows through an inner tube or a platform system and is then filled into the transport vehicle. The air displaced from there is exhausted upwards by a fan through an annular gap between product feed and outer loading bellow and cleaned in the loading head by integrated filter cartridges.

The lowering of the loading bellow stops when the touch-down cone comes into contact with the filling dome of the transport vehicle. If the vehicle lowers in the course of filling, the touch-down cone will follow automatically.

When the vehicle’s filling level reaches the level indicator at the lower end of the BKF touch-down cone, it will send a signal to the controller to stop loading.

Standard Design :

  • Expandable modular system for flexible adaptation to specific applications (e.g. variable loading heights).
  • Loading head with cable winch, exhaust fan and concentrically arranged filter cartridges incl. pneumatic cleaning unit.
  • Electrical cable winch with slack rope switch as dual-rope design.
  • Product flows through inner loading bellow or wear-resistant platforms; dust-laden air flows through outer loading bellow.
  • Touch-down cone with outer rubber coating, sealing cone and vibration fork level indicator.

  • Filter unit with fan built in a separate housing attached to the side to save installation height.
  • Various accessories, e.g. vibration motor at the touch-down cone, gate valve (manually, motorized, pneumatically actuated), rotary blade level indicator.
  • All housing and built-in units or components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
  • Electronic control system for operation/signal processing of pneumatic cleaning, cable winch, fan, level indicator, vibration motor and shut-off / conveyor flaps provided by the customer.
  • Explosion protected design according to directive 94/9/EG (ATEX).
  • Control system and motors for special voltages.
  • Extended temperature range from -40°C to +120°C.
